Was released from PT at 4 months and went to functional rehab (core strengthening, movement, jumping/running (how to), quad strength) 3 x week. There is numbness a little but kneeling and playing sports has never bothered me. My history also included a meniscal tear one to each leg and history of ALOT of high impact/standard sport.
